All of our products confidently carry a full ten-year guarantee on all workmanship and materials. There are no unreasonable 'get out' clauses and the guarantee also covers the colour fastness of the frame as well as all furniture and sealed units. This guarantee is fully underwritten by the CPA for extra peace of mind.

As a member of the CPA we are also able to publish our own “quality report” produced from the feedback all of our customers give when guarantees are issued. I wonder how many of our competitors are willing to follow suit. As a member of the Consumer Protection Association we also are a member of the government Trustmark scheme which enables us to have representation on the trustmark website.
